Emberton sleeps 3 - 4 people
2 Bedrooms: The main bedroom has a double bed and colour T.V.; The second bedroom has a single bed and colour T.V . Also available is, a folding bed with interior sprung mattress, to accommodate a fourth person; and a travel cot for younger members of the family. Duvets, sheets and pillow cases etc are provided.
DSCN0039.JPG (36013 bytes) Lounge: with beams, is comfortably furnished. There is  an open fire with coal and logs included in the tariff.  There is colour T.V., micro hi-fi, video player, DVD player, payphone and a selection of books, maps and games for use by the guests.

 

Kitchen/Diner is fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, electric toaster, washer drier, fridge all minor appliances and full range of cooking utensils. There is also a solid fuel AGA and the fuel for this is also included in the tariff.

The cottage is fully double glazed and heated by night storage heaters, the water is heated by an immersion. The cost of electric is included in the tariff.

Parking is on the road outside the cottage
